A park and playground in Brooklyn Heights that was renamed after the late Beastie Boy Adam Yauch was defaced Friday, the New York Post reports. A climbing apparatus at the park was tagged with the words, “Go Trump!” in white spray-paint, in addition to two swastikas. This is just the third swastika-based vandalism in the city in less than two weeks, according to the Post. The park and playground was renamed in 2013 — partly due to a fan petition — in honor of the rapper, MC, and human-rights activist Adam “MCA” Yauch. Yauch, whose mother was Jewish, died of cancer in 2012. The city will be painting over the defacement overnight.
