RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at (heart.co.uk) apply to ‘Kuoni 7 Star’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 07.04.10 to 24.04.10 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Milton Keynes.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must
a) Call 01908 261033 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
Pre-recorded audio of 7 celebrity voices will play out once in Breakfast and once in Drive Monday to Friday for 2 weeks of contesting.
Once the audio is played out, listeners will be advised CALL into the studio with their guesses of who the celebs are.
The caller will be taken to air and told how many they have got right (BUT NOT WHICH ONES)
The prize only goes if they get all 7 correct.
2) Eligibility
2.1 The prize must be booked by 31 May 2010.
2.2 All other expenses incurred and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
2.3 Winner and guest must be over 18 years of age.
2.4 The prize must be taken between 1 May and 30 November 2010 inclusive, subject to availability, blackout dates apply.
2.5 The competition is open to citizens of the UK and Eire. Employees of Kuoni, Heart and Emirates and their families, households and agents are not eligible to enter. Usual promotion rules apply.
2.6 Please note that candidates in the general election will be ineligible to enter this competition.
3) Prize
3.1 The prize includes two economy flights from Birmingham airport with Emirates, local transfers and 4 nights in a standard room at Atlantis, The Palm on a room only basis.
