A crazed fan who rushed the stage during a Beyonce and Jay-Z concert in Atlanta has been charged with disorderly conduct and simple battery.   Anthony Charles Thomas Maxwell, 26, was arrested on Saturday night after he ran on stage, approached Jay-Z and made contact with him as the "On the Run II" concert was ending.  Atlanta Police said Maxwell was quickly stopped by backup dancers before security guards could intervene.
