Shocking moment Florida 'double dog-napper' snatches two pets from driveway

A double dog-napper stole two puppies in broad daylight from a driveway in shocking security footage leading police to discover 20 dogs in her home that she intended to breed. Sherry Comer, 49, of Lakeland, Florida, was arrested on Thursday after being caught stealing two small dogs from Liliana Moya's home, just three miles from her own, around 10.20am on Wednesday.  The breeder strolled up to the property and knelt down besides the dogs in the driveway and began to pet the bigger dog, security camera footage shows.
