Talks broke down last week between the major studios and SAG-AFTRA, with the studios saying that the gap between the two sides is “too great” to continue productive negotiations. Until they can bridge the gap, SAG-AFTRA will remain on strike and the entertainment industry will remain shut down.

A married music executive has been pictured for the first time since a 34 year-old Colombian woman was found dead in a Miami hotel room they shared overnight.  David Bolno, 46, was snapped in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon.  He appeared pensive and wore a bright pink hoodie for the outing, which saw him clutching two bottles of Pepsi Max and using his phone to make a call.  Bolno was photographed hours after denying any wrongdoing over the death of aspiring musician Laura Lozano, 34, at The Setai hotel in Miami Beach on March 29.

TMZ/Getty Diddy is getting rid of some bad memories ... because he sold the mansion where his late soulmate, Kim Porter, died. Diddy put the Toluca Lake mansion up for sale back in October, listing it for $7 mil, and now there's a buyer ... the deal is pending and will likely close this week, but the sale is not final. The sprawling estate is 9,655 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms .
