RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heartberkshire.co.uk) apply to ‘Pulse 8 Fitness Video” radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 25th January to Friday 29th January 2010 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Berkshire and North Hampshire.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must
Go online to www.heartberkshire.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 6am on Monday 25th January 2010 and close at 4pm on Friday 29th January 2010.
1.2 Entrants are invited to register their details and answer a simple question relating to the video to be entered into the prize draw.
1.3 Five winners will be drawn out at random at 4pm on Friday 29th January 2010, from all the entries received. The winner will be notified by post.
2) Eligibility
2.1 Over 18’s only.
2.2 This competition is not open to existing members.
3) Prize
3.1 5 x 1 years daytime membership to Pulse 8 Health and Fitness Club for 2 people.
